Wire Shell - The Prompt was to recreate a natural object into a linear structure created from wire and brass braising techniques. I created an inside structure to support the curved and wavy contour of the shell. After studying thicker contours around the center of the shell I experimented with twisting two wires together to give a more predominate line.

Woven Landscapes - A site intervention sculpture study of landscape that surrounded me while I studied abroad in Ireland. I used materials such as chicken wire, grass, moss, sticks, fabric, paper, embroidery thread, and natural wool to convey the images of two small Irish towns, Ballyvaughan and Lahinch.
